We use a Flow Waterjet cutting system to produce many of our production ornaments.  This service is available for the general public as well.  Our 55,000 PSI system can cut any material up to 6 inches thick.  Obviously we are most familiar with cutting glass but we have also cut large quantities of marble, granite, aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, and wood with tolerances down to +/- 0.003 inches.

Waterjet cutters are CNC machines which means they need a CAD file in order to create a tool path.  Creation of a suitable CAD file is often more time consuming and expensive than the actual waterjet cutting.
